allow us to
introduce ourselves

[pur-puh s]

The object toward which one strives or for which something exists; an aim or a goal. A result or effect that is intended or desired; an intention. Determination; resolution.

Our Story

We are a community of adept consulting professionals rallying under the banner of JeffreyM Consulting. Our shared corporate culture and experience give us unique insight (and occasional super powers) on how to thrive within companies of all industries and sizes. You could say that we are professional connectors, using our extraordinary powers for good instead of evil.

Our Locations

We’ve come a long way since our inception in Jeff’s garage. Today we house offices on the west side in the central district of downtown Seattle and on the east side in Bellevue, ensuring we are close to both our consultants and our clients. We’ve even got consultants working in multiple cities across the United States, so who knows where we’ll pop up next. (But don't worry, your garage is safe.)

Our Culture

We're pretty sure we wrote the book on fun. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: we are a company built with the best people, and we strive to maintain a culture where ideas and opinions are shared, differences are celebrated, and having fun at work is a necessity.

Our Beliefs

When we say that the customer is always right, we refer to both our clients and our consultants. We strive to ensure that all of our teams are supported with a little TLC (we give great compliments, too). Caring for our customers and teams is what we do best; it's our biggest differentiator, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We like to remind ourselves that we’re in the people business, and our people are pretty great. JeffreyM houses a diverse assortment of personalities from zumba enthusiasts and sports fanatics to foodies and manic wanderlusts--and everything in between. We are a unique set of individuals united by passion for our clients and customers.

Jeff McCannon

Founder & CEO

Jeff McCannon’s consulting empire arose from humble beginnings; working from the cold garage of his eastside home, he grew what is now a full-fledged staffing and consulting firm with offices in Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Washington. With his vast experience in sales, analytics, and channel programs, Jeff has grown his brand into an elite community of diverse consultant professionals with proven expertise and a love for the fun and fearless culture that is JeffreyM. When he isn’t busy taking over the world, Jeff spends his time with his wife and three children in addition to the occasional golf outing. He harbors a (not so) secret desire to own a farm and restaurant, and enjoys cooking, cabernet, Goose, and french onion soup.

Outside of the office, Michelle is an avid runner, dog lover, and wine enthusiast.

In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, exploring Seattle, and rooting for the Washington Huskies.

Rebecca Millar

Rebecca is responsible for assisting in recruiting new talent, as well as managing existing talent. Not only does she work with our current bench seeking placement, but she also ensures our active team is satisfied from a career trajectory standpoint. Rebecca works hand in hand with our entire Talent team to offer an exemplary full cycle recruiting experience. When not busy recruiting the best of the best, Rebecca enjoys running along Elliott Bay, exploring new brunch spots, and of course, a good bottle of wine with friends.

noun \fə-ˈlan(t)-thrə-pē\

Philanthropy etymologically means "love of humanity" in the sense of caring, nourishing, developing and enhancing "what it is to be human" on both the benefactors' (by identifying and exercising their values in giving and volunteering) and beneficiaries' (by benefiting) parts. The most conventional modern definition is "private initiatives, for public good, focusing on quality of life.

Free the Children Logo

JeffreyM is excited to engage in a three year partnership with Free The Children and Seattle WE Day. Free The Children is an international charity and educational partner whose mission is to create a world where all young people are free to achieve their fullest potential as agents of change. Today, they have more than 2.3 million youth involved in their innovative education and development programs. Each year Free the Children, together with We Day, celebrates the amazing achievements youth around the world are making. This effort is not charity, it is sustainability, and JeffreyM is thrilled to be a part of it.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society LLS

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary nonprofit health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing education and patient services. Their mission is to Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Their efforts are very near and dear to JeffreyM as one of our own family members was diagnosed with a form of malignant myeloma; thankfully, it was caught early enough to receive treatment. We are grateful for the local and national efforts of the LLS society and are looking forward to continuing our JeffreyM initiatives with this great organization.

Local Community Outreach

JeffreyM strongly believes in local community engagement and we demonstrate this by giving back through local program partnerships, sponsorships and cause-related marketing efforts. We care about what inspires our people, and so through our many consultants and staff we are working every day to support various organizations including Washington State University (WSU), Redmond High School, Rijos Athletics, Evergreen Middle School, the Microsoft Alumni Network and many more.
