Staffing – Direct Placement

Challenge:

Our client reached out to leverage our recruiting expertise to hire them a full-time employee. Specializing in design, installation and maintenance of quality IT services for businesses, our client was growing its internal team of engineers. Finding themselves with the need to not only fill a niche technical position – they contacted us to find an experienced, high-level Network Operations Center (NOC) engineer, but to also find a candidate with the perfect balance of specific technical skills, certificates, and broad exposure within different environments – plus be a great culture fit.

Strategy:

The JeffreyM talent team quickly conducted technical researching to familiarize themselves with the industry and the position responsibilities and utilized targeted searches to discover and compile a pool of specialized candidates and began selective screenings and interviews.
